This is a Hitec charger Balance Adapter, and is intended for use with the Hitec X1, X2 and X4 line of multi-chargers when charging TP batteries.
You may also use this board to connect your Blinky balancer to TP type balance connectors.
Will work with Any charger that has a 7 pin JST XH or SMH250 connector.
Will not work with TP chargers, will not work with Bantam chargers.
